Terri Tolomeo (Director of Quality and Compliance) - 

Terri Tolomeo received her Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Delaware in May 2005. Terri was then hired as a youth counselor at the Children’s Home of York in October 2005, and was promoted to a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at the STRIVE Program in 2007 before being promoted as the Independent Living Program Coordinator at the I.L. Program at George Street and the Family Innovative Supportive Housing Program (FISH) in August 2011.  Terri then moved into the position of Program Supervisor at the I.L. Program at George Street in October 2014 and then Associate Director of Programs in April 2018.  Currently, Terri is the Director of Quality and Compliance.  She is also a graduate student at Widener University pursuing a master’s degree in social work.  Terri volunteers her time serving on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth, and Family Services (PCCYFS) as the Central Region chair as well as the Vice Chair of the Dream Wrights Center for Community Arts.  She also serves on committees for several non-profit organizations.  When she is not working, she enjoys playing soccer in various women’s leagues throughout York and Lancaster County.
