Rudy Kocman, Chairperson, is the President of Kocman Insurance Group, Inc. (KIG), a third-generation independent insurance brokerage operation located in East York. Rudy and his wife Pamela have owned and operated KIG since 1995. Rudy has a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Colorado College and is a Certified Workers Compensation Advisor (CWCA). Rudy was a member of the inaugural York County Class of the National MS Society and is currently a volunteer mentor and Program Coordinator for Susquehanna S.C.O.R.E. Rudy is an active member of the York County Economic Alliance and a two-time President of the York Chapter of BNI. Rudy has also volunteered as a youth sports coach for EYC girls and boys basketball, as well as the Dallastown Cougar and Red Lion Youth Football Programs. Rudy and Pam reside in Windsor Township and are the parents of four children.
