Director of Finance
Keith Sheffer (Director of Finance) -
Keith has worked in the financial services industry for over 35 years in numerous roles, most notable as vice President of Mortgage Services and Director of Loan Administration. He is an energetic, detail-oriented team leader with extensive experience in financial products, accounting and budgeting, strategic planning, team development, and process review analysis.
Keith graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He received a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Maryland. He has served in leadership roles on many non-profit boards, including the Victims Assistance Center, YWCA of York, Junior Achievement of South Central PA, the Panther Foundation for Central School District, and the YMCA of the Roses.
Keith is a lifelong native of York County and graduated from Dallastown Area High School. He lives in York with his wife, Mary. They have three children, one grandson, and a dog named Barkley. He’s a Penn State and Eagles sports fan. He’s also an avid boater and enjoys as much of the summer as possible at their vacation home in Delaware.
