Associate Director of Permanency
Tammy Weimann (Associate Director of Permanency) -
Tammy Weimann has been an employee of the Children’s Home since September 23, 1991. She was born and raised in York County where she resides today. Tammy is a graduate of William Penn Senior High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Shippensburg State College in 1979. From 1979 through 1991, she traveled throughout the world with her husband who was a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. After she and her husband returned to York to reside, she was hired as a caseworker in the Permanency Program where she has worked her entire career with Children’s Home. Tammy was promoted and held various other positions in the program during her tenure to include, foster care caseworker, foster parent caseworker, resource parent coordinator, supervisor, and associate director. Tammy manages the Permanency Program which includes foster care, adoption, and resource coordination services.
